Ingredients:
- 1 pound Haddock fillet (¾ to 1 inch in thickness)
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 6 tablespoons salted butter (melted)
- ¼ teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 lemon
- ½ teaspoon fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- Put a spoonful of melted butter on a baking sheet or in a dish and spread to coat bottom
- Combine the bread crumbs (1 cup) with the rest of the melted butter
- Salt and pepper both sides of the fish as desired
- Spread bread crumbs evenly over the fish
- Bake for 15 minutes or until fish is cooked thoroughly (should easily flake). Thicker cuts may require additional time in the oven.
- Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley (if desired)
